What do we do...?

Lil’Shoppa makes online purchases from the USA on behalf of international customers. Why? Some online stores don't accept international credit cards, require the same address for both shipping and billing, or simply don't ship internationally.

The USA simply has the biggest volume of merchandise to sell, with prices to match. You can find just about everything on sale, all of the time! Compare prices with our search button for a specific item you're looking for, or browse our online directory. Also visit our Blog for information on stores, our favourite finds and popular items.

What makes us different...?

Most mail-forwarding services simply facillitate you with a US postal address. They charge you set-up fees, expensive payment plans or memberships to simply re-route your purchases. But Lil'Shoppa prides itself on a personalised service!

• We personally shop, order and receive your items.

• We forward items purchased by you from online stores, by providing a real street address (not P.O Box)

• We check that your items are what you ordered before sending them on.

• We buy from websites that don't sell online as well as ones that do.

• We DO NOT require a mailbox setup, membership dues or credit card information.

• We DO NOT charge extra for order tracking, consolidation or buying services.

• We issue credit for unused postage and store coupons

• We are involved in every step to make sure your USA shopping experience is as easy and stress-free as possible.

So what's the deal..?

It's simple - we charge one flat handling fee of 15% of your purchase order (minimum order of $50). This fee includes any personal shopping services - hunting down your item, placing an order online or picking up items in-store. It also covers all payment transaction fees, Customs Forms processing, inspecting and repacking of your items for forwarding. We are not an automated service and are involved every step of the way.

How do I get started..?

Register with your contact details. Find the items you would like to buy online. Login to Lil'Shoppa, then...

• Use our address for package forwarding. Or...

• Click "Place an Order" in the customer menu. Proceed through the checkout and make your payment so that we can purchase your items immediately. See our FAQ on how to order custom / oversized items, or items from non-retail websites.
