All domestic and international shipping rates displayed in your shopping cart are estimates only. The final rate for your order will be determined after it has been processed for shipping to you. Processing time for shipping is within 1-2 business days from the time we receive your order. Standard shipping to us from the retailer is usually within 7-14 business days, however custom orders may take up to 6 weeks. Please be sure to check the retailer website before placing your order.
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our default carrier. As such, delivery times noted in the table below are estimated times only. While we try to ship your package with the selected option on your order, it may not be possible based on the size and weight of your package. You will be notified if there are changes to your preference. However, we will make every attempt to ship your package as economically as possible.

We also ship via UPS, DHL or FEDEX at courier rates. We offer shipping insurance in addition to your postage, at $15.00. The optional insurance will entitle you to a full immediate refund of your order (less our fee) if your package has not been received within 6 weeks. If you decide to not purchase our insurance, it may take up to 12 months from USPS to issue you a refund for your postage only. Content value cannot be claimed. While we make every effort to ensure your items arrive in the condition in which they were received by us, we cannot be held responsible for items damaged through transit. Please note that our insurance is not affiliated with USPS and is non-refundable.
If your package has not been received after 14 days, please contact your local post office first, with the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email (if applicable). In many cases, a pick-up notice has gone astray and the package is waiting for collection. If you are unsuccessful in locating your package after 6 weeks, please contact us.

Ordering through Lil'Shoppa has been designed to be as simple as possible while allowing maximum security and privacy for your details. We take your privacy and security seriously. The SSL encryption technology that we use has been designed to create a secure connection between a client and the receiver. We want for our customers to feel confident when shopping online. We will not share our customers' information with any third parties for any reasons. We will use personal information as supplied by you only to process and deliver your order. We will disclose personal information such as your delivery address to a delivery service provider as selected by you when you place your order. Personal information is only accessible once a login and password has been entered by an authorised Lil'Shoppa employee. At no other time can your information be viewed. While packages are opened for verification and for repacking, we maintain strict confidentiality when shipping to customers. - Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7 days cooling off period for you to return your order to us, if you change your mind or your order is unsatisfactory. Please keep in mind however that we may not be able to return your item to the online store in the required time for a full refund, so please choose carefully! Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. We cannot issue refunds on behalf of retailers. Refunds will be issued back in the same method as payment. Once your package has been sent to you, Lil’Shoppa handling fees are nonrefundable. Should you wish to return an item, please contact us.
A complete refund will be issued if we cannot process your order after you have made your payment. This will include all fees and charges. If you decide to cancel after we have made your purchase, refunds will be issued, less the costs associated with a return. In most cases this means a re-stocking fee or return postage charges to the online store. Our handling fee is non-refundable if an item is cancelled and returned on your behalf.
Items that are unavailable at time of purchase will have their costs refunded, or applied to your balance due (if any) at time of shipping.
Credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code for unused postage relating to your order. Credit is applied by entering it in the "discount code" box in our checkout when placing your next order. The amount will be deducted from your order total.

Please note that all duties and taxes in your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your Lil’Shoppa charges. We cannot be held responsible for the shipping of items prohibited in your home country. If in doubt, please be sure to check with your local customs office before placing your order. In the unlikely event your package is returned to us without reaching you, you will be notified, however returns to online retailers are subject to their policy. Lil'Shoppa cannot issue refunds on behalf of retailers.
The following list is a non-exclusive sampling of items that are either restricted, cannot be shipped or, depending on your destination country, may either require an import license, additional documentation and/or cause problems and delays during the customs review of your shipment:

- Payment & Pricing

Lil'Shoppa charges a FLAT 15% handling fee for the total cost of your all your items including the item price and tax, in addition to domestic and international shipping postage. We are located in California where the sales tax is calculated at a rate of 9.75%. Please note that the price for items listed on US online stores do not display sales tax until the final stages of checkout. This fee is in addition to any shipping charges, gift wrapping and insurance. An example of the cost involved for a package valuing $100:
